FAQ

Valentine’s delivery is only available for cards as indicated when you select your shipping option. VDay delivery is no longer guaranteed for Sweatshirts, Mugs, Stickers, Hats, Prints, Totes, and Tees.

All card orders are shipped out within 1-4 business days from when your order is placed. All card orders are fulfilled using USPS. You will receive both a notification and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

From there, please allow approximately 1-4 business days to receive your order when using First Class Mail (Package) depending on your location. If you need your order sooner you may select Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at an additional cost.

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please contact us with specific questions regarding your order. 

All apparel and accessories are made to order and will ship out within 2-7 business days from when you place your order.
